Processing time
- We do not ship Internationally at this time.
- Packages will be shipped via USPS for earrings, bracelets, and accessories. EyeSpy Jewels is not responsible for lost, mishandled, or misplaced shipped by USPS.
- You will be charged a flat rate for shipping. Orders will be shipped within 5 to 10 business days (that does not include weekends) of the original purchase date, excluding holidays. Customers will be notified when shipping occurs.
- EyeSpy Jewels operates with a custom print fulfillment service. Orders fulfilled by the custom print servicers will be shipped using a carrier of their choice. In the event of lost, mishandled, or misplaced packages it is the Customer’s responsibility to file any claim with that carrier directly. Refunds will not be issued by EyeSpy Jewel or the fulfillment servicer.
- Please ensure that the email & shipping address is correct prior to checkout.
- Once your order has been shipped and has arrived at USPS, please refer to your tracking number and contact them directly for updates. You do have the option to redirect your package via the USPS website.
Processing time
- Orders may be sent separately to ensure the quickest delivery. All shipping information will be sent for tracking purposes.
- Processing & shipping times may be extended during sales & holidays.
- We do not process orders on the weekends or holidays.
- Discounts cannot be applied or changed after you've made your purchase.
- Multiple discounts cannot be applied to orders.
- Orders cannot be canceled or edited once they are placed. However, if you need to change some parameters, like addresses, etc., please contact us via email at info@eyespyjewels.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to make such modifications to your order, but cannot guarantee the change and will handle such changes on a case-by-case basis.
