Return & Exchange Policy | EyeSpy Jewels

EyeSpy Jewels works very hard to exceed our customers' expectations. Due to the handmade nature of our jewelry and the uniqueness of our novelty items and clothing, we do not accept returns. We will accept exchanges on all items, except earrings. Please contact us within 7-day after receiving your item(s) to request an exchange for the following reasons below.

To be eligible for exchange, your item must be damaged or you received the wrong item. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start the exchange, you must contact us at info@eyespyjewels.com with:

  • Your name
  • Order Number
  • Contact Number or Email
If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first making a request will not be accepted. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit. We recommend adding tracking to any returned packages.


All sale items, gift cards, and custom items are final sales.
